About Bodega Cove

Bodega Cove, originally called Madrona Lodge was built in the early 60s by the Allen Family. We purchased the property in 2016 and spent two years slowly and carefully restoring the cabins to their original glory with a talented team of craftspeople including Brett Freedman from Gamla, Galiano’s John Parfitt and ThankU’s Martin Byers, to name a few.

The property sits on both sides of the road, with a forest-side featuring our 5 cabins and a soon to be created waterfront portion that will have a lodge, restaurant and dock. With views of broken islands, the Vancouver Island mountains and a backdrop of Fir trees we are fortunate to have found such a special spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.
